Shaping Our Future Workforce Through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

According to the American Council on Education, “Education within a diverse setting prepares students to become good citizens in an increasingly complex, pluralistic society.” Supporting a diverse workforce begins at an institutional level, but there are challenges to meeting the ever-shifting needs of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
